Relatives.
We all have spirit guides that are most definitely deceased relatives, although this is not exclusively the case. Friends and special acquaintances fit the profile as well.

Friends from Birth.
It's also believed that we enter our lives with a specific set of spirit guides. A child's "imaginary friend" is often considered a tangible demonstration of this belief.

"Specialist" Guides.
There's a strong belief in the existence of specialist guides as well. Unlike our day-to-day spirit guides, specialist guides can be called upon to assist with specific needs such as fear, creativity, motivation and clarity of thought.

Spirit guides - as a general explanation - are consider those of a higher spiritual level who have "passed over". Spirit guides are personally connected to each of us and are there to guide us and act as our assistant in elevating our own spiritual awareness and growth.

What our Spirit Guides Offer

Help and Assistance
Our spirit guides are there to help and guide us. Although they can be communicated with every day, they should not be called upon casually and repeatedly for minor affairs, but only when help is really necessary.

Lifelong Partners
There are different views of how our spirit guides are assigned. Some are believed to be assigned to us from birth, as others are appointed as they "pass over" from their earthly lives and become our spirit guides as a continuation of knowing us here on earth.

Guidance without Judgment
Our spirit guides are here to guide and direct us to a higher level of understanding as well as help us with specific concerns. With this in mind, even though we might not take the advice of our guides, they offer unconditional love and do not judge us for not following their suggestions.
